Awful Installation Service

The professional installer left my home telling us that things were good to go. However, he left an exchange form on the dyer stating, "No gas.. Needs electric." Additionally, the installer destroyed the exhaust hose while attaching it to the wall. This resulted in hiring a plumber to verify the safety and condition of my gas line. Gas was verified good. $30 expense. So, the dryer model was faulty. The replacement came a week later. I went with electric because the gas dryer was backordered. This installer told us that he wasn't responsible for installing the electrical line from the dryer to the wall nor would he install the exhaust hose. Again, he left without completing the install.
