Delivery crew was very professional and informative, they did a fine job bringing in the new machine and getting rid of the old one. However they informed me they would not be able to hook up the gas line connection to the new dryer because it was a copper pipe hookup and it was against their regulation to do so and Best Buy should publicize that on their site but they don’t. So they were sorry they couldn’t help but they wouldn’t be able to fully install the dryer. We had to do it ourselves after a trip to the hardware store for some more parts and equipment, was really disappointing and dissatisfied that what I paid for didn’t cover our gas copper pipe line.

First dryer arrived damaged. Installers said the 2nd crew (with the replacement dryer) would move the dryer from the left side to the right. They didn't, because they needed extensions for the gas line. Had I known, this I could have been prepared with parts, or they could have. Now I'm quoting with a plumber to do it correctly.

Save yourself the backache and get this. They did our install in less than /5 minutes. Would have taken me an hour at least.

After our purchase and installation of this dryer by Best Buy we have decided never to do business with Best Buy again. What a horrible store!!! The day they came to install they were more than 6 hours late, hurried through the work and directed me to the manual for all the questions I had. When we realized the dryer was useless and inefficient within first few days we tried returning the dryer, exchanging it or reinstalling it properly and now it’s been over a month of phone calls, complaints and wasted time re-explaining things to various managers and still nothing. They’re finally supposed to come next week to exchange it but the whole experience has been horrible. In this day and age I don’t know how they think they can get away with such pathetic customer service. Many other stores carry the same products and we have choices. We’ll never step foot in Best Buy again and if you want to save yourself a huge headache you should do the same

My installation guys did a superb job. They always offer you helpful suggestions and guidance.

Best Buy has done a fine job selecting right personal to do installation. It was easy for us.

The installation team, from the dispatcher to the guys doing the work were friendly and courteous. Made the experience enjoyable.

Giving this 2 stars because this was an exchange because previous dryer didn't work. Sales rep said all new parts would be delivered but the delivery guys said no gas hose was on delivery order. They reused previous gas hose, which I was told when bought dryer is not allowed.

The installers were great. They were here and installed my new dryer. I couldn’t be happier
