Installation Nightmare

When I called Geek Squad to get help they said they could do nothing and that I would have to go get the part myself to complete the installation

Worst Experience x 2

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The absolute worst experience (twice) The first delivery guys took washer, dryer & refrigerator out of their truck and sat it down. They did no bring it inside. They did NOT install anything and they did NOT dispose of anything. I paid for inside delivery, installation & parts and disposal. I called Best Buy next day to explain and the Customer Service Rep insisted we try again- Same thing except these delivery drivers started cursing in front of my Contractor and his crew in Spanish….They left and did nothing….. my friends brought everything inside, installed & disposed for me. Now, I am attempting to get refunded for the parts, disposal, inside delivery and installation

Unreliable and still incomplete

The first order for some reason was canceled halfway through the day it was to be scheduled. The second time they sent out techs who for some reach can't do a gas dryer install. Unreliable service from Best Buy seems to have become the norm.
