The installers got to my residence on time. They set up the unit and gave me a brief overview. They took the old unit with them.

The installers damaged my existing washer when installing the new dryer. Glad I inspected the install before the installers left. I literally stopped them as they were driving away and took them to show them the damage. They did not deny causing the damage and advised me to file a claim. They knew they damaged my washer and were in the process of leaving hoping I wouldn't notice until they were gone. Now dealing with their insurance company on the claim. Very unprofessional.

On time..professional and courteous and knowledgeable what more can you ask for...and they removed the old one.

I think this should be installed of expert since it is gas and maybe we install it it will lack of gas

Professional installation on time and Covid-19’s protocols we adhered to!

My window for installation was 7-1. FOUR installers arrived with no apology at 1:45pm. Installed dryer. Didn’t test it but just showed me how to power on and off. When they had left i discovered there was no gas connected. Called BB - got passed around and was told someone would be out later that night to fix them told on another call it would be “tomorrow” then the next day I was told in two further weeks. The four incompétents had also managed to destroy my newly purchased and installed hose vent. Eventually BB sent excellent engineers 5 days later. They installed new vent and fixed everything. These people were efficient and polite and on time. Pleased with final result but the inconvenience was dreadful before the issue was resolved

Crew hooked up all necessary hoses and water line ( for the steam feature ) and tested it before leaving. Great job !

Washer and dryer installation was ridiculous. They arrived and would not even attempt to install as they said my pipes were too old. We told them that we would disconnect the hoses ourselves and reconnect them. We just wanted them to put the appliances in the laundry room, stack them and haul away the old ones... and they said no. They would only leave the appliances in the garage. I had to talk to their dispatch, who asked ME why his guys could not just put the appliances in the laundry room. I responded "you tell me"... that is all I have asked them to do. They finally relented and put them in the laundry toom.

The installation team was polite, efficient, got the old dryer out and the new in efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards.
