      Our installer came late (outside the time they were schedule). They were very polite. After they installed, we had to go to work. When we came back home (late that night), the house was filled with the smell of gas. I called Best Buy the next day and they told me that I would have to return the item and buy it again so they could fix it since I did not buy geek squad protection... Also, they could not do anything about it on Sunday since their corporate office was closed and they don't do deliveries on Sunday. I had turned off the gas, but the smell still lingered. On Monday, I called Best Buy again, and had them escalate it to corporate level. At that point, someone was able to come out to the house later that day and fix the issue. It was a huge hassle, and the initial slow response from the Best Buy store was a big fail. I'm glad that once the corporate office got involved, it was resolved quickly.
