The installation process was one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had. Took 4 visits to my home to get it installed and after the 4th visit the vent line was kinked over and only about half connected to the drier. The gas line is a bit kinked and hopefully they didn't damage my gas fitting at the house.. Needless to say I will most likely not buy another appliance through best buy, they should probably stick to TV's and ipads.

This merchandise is super good the washer mashing washes good and the dryer is very good.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE INSTALL SERVICE. The "tech" took one look and said i needed to re-do all my installation fittings because they were "old" and did not work. This would require making holes in my walls that i did not have time for. They required me to upgrade my valves in order for them to return to complete the service. I was forced to install the dryer on my own, which took my 45 minutes with no problem at all with my valves/setup. Complete waste of money. Would NOT recommend. I tried to reach out for customer service to complain, but the hold times and online chat were of no help.

When my washer and dryer were delivered, I had to help the tech get both machines in the house because they only sent 1 person to do the job. He then went to work installing the washer and dryer but didn't finish because he couldn't figure out how to get one of the hose onto the gas line and left with the job partially complete. I called the installation service to tell them and they rescheduled my appointment for 3 days later. that tech never showed up so I had to reschedule again. Third time was the charm apparently, because that technician was able to get everything hooked up. I worked with best buy customer service through all of this and then when promised compensation for the issue it never arrived and despite repeated calls to them never heard back. 2 months later and I still haven't been compensated for the 3 days I had to take off work to get done what should have taken a few hours.
