Still isn't right!!! Worst experience in every way

It's not the regular dryer vent that you clean between loads, so it has to be the dryer or the back vent which Best Buy installed. I spent two hours on hold with them & finally they answered & said they couldn't get a repair person out for another two weeks. When they finally showed up, they were in a big moving van & said they were installation guys, not repair & couldn't do anything. . . What did they think they were supposed to install if they didn't bring an appliance?! So back to square one. My dryer still sends the error message & doesn't dry clothes completely. Poor business practices, Best Buy!!!!
