Installers worked hard to remove old gas connector that I was unable to remove.

The Gas dryer head leaking after the first install. Called and got immediate return visit by Geek Squad.

I wish I could give zero stars. It took them 5 visits ( more than a month) to install a gas dryer. I was told to buy multiple adapters which were ultimately taken out on the last visit - seems like they sent an expert technician when I escalated. They left the unit incorrectly installed that lead to gas leakage. I was fortunate to recognize the source of leak at the right time and was able to shut off the gas connection, otherwise it could have been a disaster. They didn’t even bother to send a technician to fix a gas leak on emergency basis. I had to schedule an appointment and was left at the mercy of their schedule. Better buy big electronic items from Home Depot or Lowe’s

had new dryer installed today and install went great

They installed the doors of the washer and dryer in the opposite direction. They saw that our hallway is small so because the doors open in different directions, we have a lot of difficulty with moving items from the washing machine to the dryer. Then, before I could view how the machines opened, the installation technicians turned on the machines and left. I couldn't open the machines until after the tests finished because the washer was full of water. In addition to the unsatisfactory installation, the technicians spoke Spanish under their breath to each other in my and my family's presence. It was disrespectful.

Loving my new Samsung gas dryer. I hope it lasts a long time.

The person that came to install the washer and dryer was rude. He did not know how to remove a simple water line and told my wife we needed a plumber. When she called me to ask for advice before he left the appliances, he said he did not want to wait for her to finish her call and was going to put everything in the garage. I told her to have them put the machines where they go and that I would address when I got home. The water line came right off and the install was simple. I didn't think it would be difficult but wanted BB to install to save me time. I am handy, but far from a plumber and was able to do it myself. I would not use them again to install anything.

They never even hooked up my steam sanitizer told me how easy it is to do and I could do it myself…thy didn’t bring a part that is required to install it…horrible service
