      Worst installation experience I've ever had! The installers/delivery DO NOT work for BB and DO NOT care. Didn't hook up water line the TWO TIMES they came out to install a washer. Installers didn't know how to hook up dryer vent too and used our tools to do it with after they came without the correct tools, and lied to us the FIRST TIME they came out. Worthless installers who could care less about BB customers. BB could care less about our experience too, after calling several times. We have received ZERO communications back on this. Advice: Use a local appliance dealer, as they actually do the correct job and care about their customers, and use their own employees.
