I had Best Buy install my dryer for me. They came prepared with all the right installation accessories.

Bestbuy delivered and setup our dryer to the pedestal and connected the dryer to the gas line. Great service.

First installer told us that the drier is lucking water connector for steamer (which we've been told they always have as spares in the track). Then he installed the dryer on the left side, so the door was opens toward to washer and making it very inconvenient to load laundry from the washer to the drier. Refused to switch washer and dryer and suggested that we will order another technician to swap the dryer doors (not my job description). When he left, we found out that he didnt connect the vent pipe to the dryer, so when working, the dryer was blowing hot air inside the room. Seriously? Horrible service.

Delivery team setup and installed the dryer as required quickly and completely.

After 2 installation attempts, about a week of having the dryer, and $200 later I got my dryer installed by a professional. Even though the installation was free with Best Buy no one could effectively communicate to me what was needed for the second installation appointment. I was told I needed a plumber to come out and to call back afterwards to schedule installation. I feel like if I have to call a plumber there’s no need to call you back if they can complete the job as a whole.0

The install team did a great job installing and relocating my Washer and Dryer. Great Experience.

Delivery 1 - dryer cam Broke. And was still installed by team. Found out after they completed and left Delivery 2 - replacements. Installer falsely Claimed the faucet had leak and would not install. Ran away without telling us. Delivery 3. Replacements. Completed no issues Delivery 4 - install pedestals. Claimed installation was not included and they were only delivery team. Ran away!! Delivery 5 - pedastals. came to find not enough height. Delivery 6 - pedestals. Inslls completed no issues Had to move my fridge each time in order to prep/install

Terrible experience. The company came out and was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I had to pay a plumber to come and install the washer and dryer. I needed to upgrade the gas line and no one ever said this to me in the store of what to look for in my new units. Very bad experience. Have used Best buy for years and never had one of their contracted groups be so unhelpful and rude. And the company said they would come back to get my old washer and dryer. I called them multiple times and they never returned my calls. I ended up having to pay to have my old washer and dryer picked up and hauled off.

The sales interaction was fantastic. The delivery and installation was terrible. They did not arrive until 8:45 and did not leave until 11:00pm. it was very evident they did not know anything about installing a gas a dryer. The gas pipe that I purchased per your policy did not have the proper fittings to use. I had to show them the difference between pipe threads and flare fitting. Their 1st attempt resulted in a gas leak at this point I stepped in to show them how to install the gas line. I had to use the gas line off my old dryer. They did not know to check fittings with soap bubbles, this is a huge safety issue. I will be returning the gas line.

Due to policy they refused to install. There was nothing wrong with the plug I hooked it up myself. Its easy apparently installation is a waste of money because they fail to tell you these things when buying. Luz was awesome though
