Problems

Day before scheduled installation found out I determined that I might need additional tubing for steam function. Tried to contact Best Buy to ask if I needed something else for installation. Was directed to ask NAL Group. Never able to contact. Drove to Best Buy store to ask in person. Bought additional installation kit. Dryer vent was installed with 3 extreme kinks from dryer to wall. Having trouble contacting NAL Group, the third party installer of Best Buy. Tried phone and Live Chat. Having trouble contacting someone at Best Buy to help me. Very disappointed with customer service.

First set of delivery team does did not install. Subsequent I lost 2 weeks in getting the team to come and install. Best Buy service had me speaking to people in Panama or Mexico. They had 0 on the ground knowledge. The install team which finally came 2 weeks later was great. But I had a very bad experience with speaking to customer service and they offered to also install the washer and dryer valve. Why did Best Buy make me spend 100$ on installing washer and dryer valve! and had me time spend calling plumbers!
