Rude & Unprofessional

This was caught on video around the house. When my mom was explaining to them where to place the dryer - they shush her and told her “I know what I’m doing”. The guys ended up switching my washer and dryer because they did not listen to my mom, they just did what they wanted to do. Also, one of the guys was not wearing a mask when he went inside my house. I was very upset but I have waited for this dryer for almost 5 months and this was my 4th delivery - I didn’t call, we just dealt with how rude Ans unprofessional they were. We will never buy another item at Best Buy again.

Not happy

The vent to the dryer didn't bend enough to fit in the are where my dryer is at. They told me to go get another one that was more flexible from Lowes. My husband had to re- install my dryer.

Washer / Dryer BestBuy Installation

Unfortunately, the yellow coated gas line I was required to purchase by Best Buy, the installers, installed a cheaper non yellow coated gas line and they took a picture of it for BestBuy to verify installation of gas line and venting exhaust kit. The installers were also reluctant to give me the install contents that come with both washer and dryer; they took them and I had to ask them for the install tool pack kit back and leave me the parts for the venting kit not used; the aluminum tape that the kit was suppose to have they did not provide or install.
