Best Buy Arranged Washer/Dryer Install

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In terms of the dryer install, by your 3rd-party crew, they get and "F" for walking off the job after they left after the installation the washer (and did not return). I completed the install of the dryer as they left it in the garage. Best Buy or the install crew should not "guess" at what size is needed for the dryer installation but issue multiple sizes to the install. No install crew should be walking off the job because they could not find the right size gas line.

TERRIBLE INSTALLATION

Gas dryer installation

Installers saw this when in the warehouse and still tried to delivery it. Could not except it had to send it back.

Installed the dryer, turned it on and left it running empty, mumbled a "you're all set," and walked out. Did not explain why dryer was left running, if I should leave it running. I walked out after to ask if I should let it run and how long, and the installer said "I don't know, a while". Install was completed correctly, but installer was completely rude and didn't want to be bothered with having to speak to me.

Installers not like past experience and not good.

This is not comforting when having an expensive appliance (including gas line hookup) installed.
