      Earlier dryer had steam capability and so a cold water connection hookup existed. Installers unhooked the cold water connection (T junction), turned OFF the tap and left after installing the new dryer. When I turned washer ON, it gave an error saying water supply OFF. I turned ON the water tap and water was all over the laundry room due to unhooked T junction. A smart installer would take care of any loose ends. Also, dryer juts out compared to washer due to vent hose. Reported the issues and they sent a crew again that could not even speak English. Took pictures and said nothing can be done. Earlier dryer was larger in size than the new one and was installed flushed with the washer. Installation was done by "Extended network" and was very poor.

      Best Buy didn’t install my gas dryer bc they claimed I didn’t have the right hookup. So had to put new dryer in my garage and I called a plumber to get the correct hookup...turns out there was no problem with the line...Best Buy just didn’t have the right connection...so called Best Buy to come back and reinstall my dryer and take old one away...well they only made appointment to take old one away bc the men who came the first time wrote on the work order it was installed...long story short...it’s been a month and still waiting for Best Buy to install my dryer. Best part of this is I’m supposedly an elite member....I guess whatever that means
