Excellent value and fits our laundry room. I had a whirlpool dryer just like it which lasted 20 yrs.

If there was a negative star, i would have given that. Worst possible service. This has been going for months, one or the other excuse to install the pedestals. They either bring damaged product or product with missing parts and always ask for reschedule of delivery and installation. Also, seems no one is held accountable for these type of pathetic services.

Very nice installation and perfectly fit in my laundry room.

I purchased installation with my new dryer. When the servicemen arrived, they struggled and were unable to detach old dryer and told me I had to call a plumber and they would return to connect the new one. I called my plumber who detached the old dryer in minutes -- he had the right tools. He also installed the new dryer. Of course, now my cost was much more than my "included installation". Best Buy did give me a credit for the non-installation, but it did not offset my additional cost.

Installers were on time, courteous, efficient, friendly.

Installed the gas line loosely AND without a sealant, so that it was leaking both at the wall connect and again at the dryer connect. Called them back out to fix it, even bought extra PTFE tape and said they could use it, and all they did was tighten the already over-tightened bolts ever so slightly and profess that it was fixed. Even after I said it wasn't and asked them to wait 5 minutes so that they could smell the gas themselves but they just ran off. Terrible terrible terrible. This is the standard for installing a FLAMMABLE GAS LINE. Furthermore, they tore the flexible exhaust pipe so that it was blowing exhaust back into the house. Spend the $100 and get a professional to do it safely and correct the first time.

Not a bad thing to say about this installation. Showed up on time and finished job quickly.
