      Left with dryer not hooked up and parts missing. Gas line was left leaking. Luckily we were able to get a plumber out next day.

      Installation of gas dryer - still not done after just about a month. No current idea when it will be done. We've been to the store now on 4 separate times to try to get someone to install this dryer, we are told "it's out of our control". Not sure how Best Buy can contract with someone to install for them and 'not be in control'. From 5/10/22 to MAYBE July 5th is the best that Best Buy can tell us.
