had the new hook up for the vent ready to go had to ask them to use the elbow( which is smooth inside) that came in the kit so that the corrugated tube had NO bends in it so lint wont collect

Typically I am very pleased with services from Best Buy, however they really struggled this time. Purchased a new LG gas dryer. A key selling feature was that the door is reversible. Paid for the set up fee specifically to get the door reversed to make it work in my laundry room. The initial delivery team claimed it was not on their work order... I showed it to them. They then apologized and said they did not have the tools to do the job but all I had to do was reschedule an install. So I did. 1 week later, took another day off work. The team showed up, took 1 look at the dryer and stated that they did not have the tools to switch the door, that a technician had to do it. But not to worry, all I needed to do was reschedule. So I did, but this time with quite a bit of complaining. Third team arrived a week later and performed admirably... what I expect and have grown accustomed to with BB. Took them about 20 minutes and all is well. Great job guys. just a shame it took 3 tries. and 2 extra vacation days.

Install was quick but they had to trouble shoot a couple times because they forgot to turn on the gas. Was a little concerned when my clothes came out damp. Had to do a couple loads before finding out we had to uncheck the energy saving mode.

They came, installed, and tested the dryer. Geek Squad also did an excellent job unloading the product from their truck, and make sure they didn't damage the product or my walls. Definitely better experience than others have reported. I guess it all depends on the people doing the install. But they were definitely courteous. Also were able to work around my schedule

Best Buy makes appliance installation very easy! They leave my home clean and not greasy! The installation process is rather quick, Leaving me satisfied and not the victim of a trick. Not only do they remove the old, But they prep my new device like gold!

Gas Dryer was installed quickly and it works great.

I had a mix up with installation (due to fault of my own). They guys that were to complete the installation were excellent about retuening and completing the job. I couldn't be happier. They were absolutely amazing, and I can't thank them enough for fixing my screw up.

The home delivery team does such a great job setting up my new unit. This item is required for setup. It's worth the money, the hose doesn't seem to be made cheap

Fast and easy installation but I did not like that it was only one guy installing my dryer on the second floor

The installation was quick and easy but I didn't know I had to ask in advance if I wanted the dryer door to be reversed so it opened on a different side. As a result, I had to make a whole new appointment to do so which seemed like a waste of time for everyone involved since the reversal took about 20 minutes.

Good prior notification. Nice professional install. Maybe could have switched the door swing for me but no big deal. Easy to do yourself.

The gentlemen installing my appliance were excellent and very courteous. Removed old appliance and did great job hooking up new one. Very satisfied with the service.

Nice large oven space. Has everything you need and easy to use. All my baking good come out evenly baked. The stovetop has so much room for my pots and pans I’m not shifting them around making room. As for the smart setting I’ve yet to complete that part.

Installers were two hours past their delivery time but have not had issues with installation.
