      Paid for installation material and they provided solid ductwork which would not flex behind dryer. This resulted in the dryer not fitting into the laundry nook and the duct creating an s bend. This s bend would have allowed lint to collect and could have provided a fuel source for a fire. I had to remove all of their duct and install my own which eliminated these conditions.
