On time delivery, fast set up and very knowledgeable and professional.

Delivery workers were cordial and skilled in moving items into our residence. Unfortunately, after they installed the dryer, the gas was never turned on to test leaks or ensure proper operation. A cycle was started, but installers never returned to ensure that things were squared away. After turning on the gas, checking for leaks, and running a test cycle after installers left, we now have a working dryer. We like the dryer so far, but I would have been just as well off having them deliver and drop in the general location of the install.

The price and service were great and I didn't have to worry about how to get it done.

They where very proffesional, and did a great job, even removed our old one.

I would always recommend getting the installation from Best Buy. Courteous and fast!

They run a test for functioning, but leave before the test is complete. Our dryer failed and it took about another week for us to get one installed. If they just stay until the function test is done, we would have significantly reduced our wait time. Call center said they would provide us a $50 credit for the inconvenience, but that never came.

I wish I could give this zero stars because that is the service I received. They delivered the dryer to my house twice without the gas line I was required to buy for installation. On the second attempt, my husband offered to go get the gas line from the Best Buy which is less than 2 miles from our house after we called and confirmed they had one. Installers advised they couldnt wait 10 minutes even though it would have taken them that long to take out our current dryer and get the new one in place. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. We got our money back and purchased a dryer from another retailer and were very happy with their install. We will never buy anything from Best Buy again that requires installation.

The door hinge was on the wrong side. I requested the change when I ordered it but it never got done. I tried many phone calls but nobody cares.

Horrible service regarding this installation. First, I was told by the installer to call a plumber to have the gas connection changed from 3/8 to 1/2 inch which I did. Then found out that Best Buy carries kits for both sizes! The installer promised to be back later that day and took a phone call from me and I texted my address to him. He never returned and never answered any other phone calls or texts. Follow up customer service has so far been poor at resolving this, as I keep getting cut off. Will not purchase appliances again from Best Buy. Very disappointed.
