Delivery team did not hook up

I had to pay a company the next day to complete their job. As far as I am concerned Best Buy owes me $200 for getting my dryer hooked up along with the completion of set up of washer. Very bad customer service. To top it off their delivery truck blew a hydraulic line in my driveway which stained my driveway and killed the portion of the lawn. Then they moved the truck to the front of the house on the street and drained the line in the curb and stained that portion of the sidewalk. I then had to spend $485.00 to call a clean up team and now hassling with the insurance carrier to get a refund for the damage.

JOKE

When I bought the dryer I asked multiple times for dims. Needed to be 27 inches. I asked the sales person to measure to ensure it would fit through door opening. I was assured it was 27 inches. It was/is not. It is 28 inches. My wife was home for delivery and dryer was left in kitchen in front of basement door. My father in law had to come while I was at work to remove wood work door frame and move dryer downstairs with help of brother in law. I hooked up dryer and put woodwork back on. This was not what I paid for!

Not a good idea!

They came in at first and they made us to replace everything ourselves. Then they came in just through the washing machine and dryer in the room, hooked them up and left. They didn’t even try to arrange and adjust them. I had to push them around later to place them in the right place. And they left a mess for us to clean up.
