The first time they showed up, they told us we did not have a suitable connector, and said we'd have to go buy one, which I did. Then some other guys showed up later that week, and said they were not authorized to install that connector. So we cancelled the installation, contacted a handyman that we know, and he did the installation.

Don't use

Best Buy soils their own name by doing this. I probably wont buy from BestBuy again because their subcontractors are horrendous - anbd BestBuy doesnt stand by them. If you call you are told... "oh thats not us - you have to call them". Then DONT CALL IT BEST BUY INSTALLATION SERVICES!
