No issues with the appliance. I am taking this opportunity to complain about the installation. During installation, the installers made a fissure/crack in my ceramic tile floor. I filed a claim as advised. I was told that I was out of luck because there is no proof that the installers cracked the floor. It was even suggested that I could of just as easily be taking the opportunity to claim that the installers cracked the floor so I could get the floor repaired. I am appalled by this accusation. I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again. POOR customer service.

The guy who came to install my washer and dryer was very rude. He wasn't even ready to speak to me. He messed up my dryer exhaust connection that I could not open my door to garage. Had a horrible experience with the delivery and installation guy

The dryer provides all of the various features we need in a dryer.

They were here when they said they would be. They were fast and polite.

If I could give a zero for this dryer installation I could have given negative 100. My laundry became a sauna and very hot because the installer did a very poor job installing my dryer. The vent from the dryer to the exhaust was leaking. If I did not correct this my house could have been burned because this is a fire hazard. He used aluminum foil tape to connect the dryer and exhaust and it was torn. He did not use the correct exhaust adaptor so the dryer is basically blowing its exhaust in my laundry room instead of blowing it outside of my house.

The installers were quick and professional, would certainly recommend.
