      The installer arrived 2 hours late and never called to tell me they were late. I called twice to get an update but was told they could not reach the installer for an ETA. When they finally showed up, they brought the wrong gas line hose and never completed the install. Told us to call for a new date in 2 weeks so I did it myself!

      Paid for the install but when the installers found I had an older type valve which had no issues and the style has been in use for decades, the installers can’t do the job. Everything has to be perfect, they have NO skills. I replaced the valve and installed the appliances myself. Best But installers only have the skill to plug and unplug the appliance.

      the installer is no good. When they noticed its a tight space and challenging to install they say all kinds of reason so that they can't install it. I have to hire someone else. It is challenging but it is doable.
