Had all the parts you need to hook up with the dryer

Installed with no problem by Best Buy installers..

We purchased all the required hoses and connectors, but they claim we needed to purchase from them. Not very organized as the paperwork states we had already purchased the items. Need additional training.

The installers came and brought the wrong size gas line. It was not the size on my receipt and was not even the brand that Best Buy sells. They told me to go to home depot and get the right size (which I already had paid for) and it would be finished another day. After multiple calls, hours on hold, a claim that I needed a plumber (which was totally made up). I finally was able to get someone out to finish the job a month later. What a nightmare.

It's a free installation when purchase from Best Buy.

Had to wait over a week to have it installed and the driver wasn't there within the 4hr time frame, never bothered to call. I had to call the store to see what was going on. They couldn't get a hold of the driver. He finally called over 2 hrs later, blaming his dispatch for sending him to other places. I wasn't home but someone else was, they let him in. He installed the dryer but never made sure it was working. When I got home I found out the dryer wasn't drying the clothes.

The installation of the gas line to our Dryer wasn't properly attached by the tech who seemed to be in a rush. I smelled gas & had the gas company come out & they stated that the gas line to the dryer was improperly attached & the fitting needed to be replaced. The Gas company capped off the line & I had to have Best Buy to come back out and reinstall the gas line to the dryer. Naturally I requested a different installer and he did the correct installation this time.

Two gentlemen showed up Install my new dryer. I certainly could have done this myself but I was hoping to give the job to someone that needed the job. One of the was one his first assignment according to him. Unfortunately they didn’t bring a pipe wrench, or a gas fitting. Luckily I had both in my shop. Then they were afraid they would bend the pipe, so I ended up removing the fitting and installing it myself while the two of them watched. Lol. Sooo all in all, I did the job.

guys were on time, very quick, courteous and clean.

They said the hook up parts Best Buy sold me don’t fit. I had to call a plumber to install and Best Buy doesn’t refund the cost.

Installers did not install sealant to dryer gas connection, resulting in a serious gas leak.

less than zero stars. i paid for installation and removal of my old dryer-neither happened. i informed the installer to bring a small truck down my country road- they brought a huge truck and refused to move the new dryer to my laundry room and said they didn't have room to take the old dryer- i paid someone else to install and remove the old dryer and reported this to best buy and did not receive a dime of reimbursement despite being on the phone with them for 45 minutes.

Not happy at all with the installation because I had a copper line and was never told that was the wrong line or they could not touch it they just showed up and I'm on the road as a driver and my tires been sitting there for 2 weeks and I have to come home this weekend to get it installed so not happy at all

The delivery was scheduled (leading to longer-than-usual; lead time) to accommodate a narrow driveway. The salesman said they would come in a pickup truck and set a specific window of time when the truck would be available. On the scheduled delivery date, I got a call at the end of the window of time that the driver didn’t bring the truck and so would not deliver. Incompetence. I cancelled the order and going somewhere else.
