I'm pretty sure one of the guys stepped on the gas pipe causing a leak which I had to get repaired, and have gas shut off in the meantime. (dryer powered by gas)

My dyer was Installed incorrectly. I kept smelling gas. I finally called the gas company and the house had not been connected correctly.

Best Buy neglected to inform me installation would NOT include side-venting as I'd requested. Had to resort to and find a third-party to complete that task. "Free" installation hardly a bonus for us..

It was the worst experience trying to get Best Buy to install a stackable dryer. They cancelled on me several times and made me have to take off of work for no reason. They made me wait for over a month, and eventually I ended up just doing it myself.

This was a nightmare. The installers did a terrible job initially and we had gas leaking. We needed to call and have them come back and fix this. They also got all mixed up about the equipment they were delivering

Installer were on time, nice/friendly, however they did cause some cosmetic damage to our laundry room and new washer and dryer upon installation.

Three different delivery crews had no idea how to reverse the door on the dryer. We needed it to open from right to left. I had to block out 4 hour blocks of time on 3 different days waiting for these guys. Best Buy assured me each time that the door would be switched. Finally I called LG to set up an installation with a authorized appliance dealer. I am totally disgusted with Best Buy and will never buy another appliance from them. After the sale they did not care about my satisfaction and ignored my requests for help. Return phone calls were non existent.

Sorry but after installation, there was a knock every time the drum went around. Will be getting a new dryer to replace this one.

The delivery guys ended up not hooking up my dryer because they said I needed another part on my gas line.

The installer forgot to turn the water valve back on, and it shared a line with my washing machine. It was a few days before they could come back out to discover why my washing machine wasn’t working. That was why.

When my dryer was installed, they refused to hookup the gas line and the vent, even though I purchased the new kits when the store told me that was the only way they would install it. Also at the store we scheduled to have the dry hinge reversal done, but the installers said they didn't have record of that. When I pointed it out to them, they said oh, well we don't have the right tools for that. So, had to way a day to schedule a new appointment, then wait a week. When they finally came back a second day, the special tool was a screwdriver.

Best Buy made 3 attempts to deliver my dryer . Every time there was some problem either with the truck or their equipment. I wasted so much time waiting for them only to be disappointed by their logistics service. I ended up canceling the order

The Intallers Told Me My Connection was Not Correct He Did Not Even Open up The Dryer Hoses. I Paid A Plumbing Co.pany To Come Out To Connect The Dryer I'm Paying For Service Intallation Service That Was Not Used I'm So Dissatisfied With This Visit These Installers Need to be Watched.

Best Buy delivered the washer and dryer and came in and said we can't install it. Told us we need to have a plumber come. Plumber comes and 4 hours and $750 later he tells us there were no issues and that Best Buy should have been able to connect everything. They were lazy and didn't want to deal with the haul away and installation. Would never ever ever purchase a washer and dryer from them again!!

The installers they sent out initially were inapt. They were not able to hook up a gas dryer even though the box said gas dryer and they had a gas dryer hook up kit. Best Buy has changed my appointment time six times and I’ve yet to get my dryer installed. Don’t waste your money on this service. They even screwed up a TV and dishwasher install prior to this. Go online and figure it out yourself. Save the money in the hassle.

When the dryer was delivered, the tech doing the installation couldn't connect the gas line. He felt that the incorrect size hose was in the kit. After they left, I revisited the connection kit provided, and, figured out how to install it appropriately according to the instructions. The tech did not understand that there were adapters that needed to be used. Those adapters were part of the kit. So, I did the installation myself.

The delivery team drove the truck into utility/electrical wires in the alley. When notified, showed no care or concern. The team did not take the old washer and dryer and necessitated a call, and another appointment for a later date. The dryer was replaced due to malfunction, and this team damaged the washer when removing the dryer. The delivery man did not use a support harness and therefore could not leverage to remove the dryer without causing damage.

Would not install so I returned the dryer and canceled the entire project

The guys came and dropped off the washer/dryer as expected but brought the wrong gasline hose. And they don’t bring extra? Then when they tried to schedule a new guy to come hook it up, he came on the wrong day. Luckily, I was a few minutes away and dropped everything at my old houses yardsale to let the guys in. A few days later, I hear of a house in close by blowing up because the gas line from a new delivery was installed wrong. Sheesh. You’ve been my favorite store for a long time. Let’s go, guys. Get it together!!!

They pulled the wrong dryer off the truck, dragged and shoved it into the laundry room, where it wouldn't fit. They thought it was my problem for not measuring the space before ordering. I pointed out their mistake. They dragged it back to the truck, got the right one, and installed it but without using the new gas line I'd been instructed to buy with the dryer. I didn't realize this until after they'd left.
