I'm not sure why the installers removed the rubber foot pads from beneath the bottom of my washer when they installed the new dryer. When I saw what they had done I told them the pads were placed there to keep the washer from (walking) moving during the spin cycle. One of the installers insisted that the foot pads would cause the washer to walk. I'm really upset with myself for not making him put the pads back exactly as he found them. NOW THE WASHER MOVES OUT FROM THE WALL DURING THE SPIN CYCLE!

The guy totally over torqued the gas hose and broke the press fitting, so we had a gas leak. We assumed that a small amount of gas smell was normal from an install. However at night the smell continued. I used soapy water and was able to find the leak instantly, and I'm not a professional. Anyways I had to swap out the hose and do the install myself.

The dryer is wonderful but the installer would not install it because it is connected to a gas line in the basement. Sadly, he did not have the necessary skills to do that. Having it installed by a professional was costly and unavoidable...

paid for install to make sure vent was installed properly including angles and got home to find a worst install then existing line. waste of money.

Terrible they showed up twice had to the fire department show because of a gas leak.

Service was rushed and rude and not installed. Only the driver was rude the guy who got the dryer off the truck was not. Service man instantly told me they could not install the dryer did not ask if we had a gas line which we did. Even though when ordered it did not say any extra items were needed. I would like a refund for this service as I will now have to find someone to come out and do what I already paid to have done.

They came over but didn't want to do the work. So one guy made up an excuse about not having the plastic drain guard underneath the washer. I had the right one from home Depot. His coworker helped me out after I cut the hole myself. I argued with him that I was not going to pay him if all he did was complain. He got nervous after hearing that and did the job reluctantly.

The directions of what needs to be done before Installation are not accurate! The first set of installation guys were rude and not helpful. The second time they came back I still got a song and dance about why they couldn’t install even after explaining everything to the geek squad and they said I was good to go. So I had a friend install for me it took him 20 minutes and that included checking for gas leaks and moving the dryer

Dryer was not installed correctly, shortly after the rep left we discovered a low gas leak.

Awful Awful 3 party service delivery workers and very rude 5 attempts to deliver dryer Best Buy service schedule persons never got delivery order correct and when the delivery people did show up very bad and rude attitude they were awful. The whole process has been terrible.

Did not use the gas line I purchased. I think I got some random gas line. Was supposed to be highly reviewed yellow gas line.

Terrible terrible installation. The installer did a horrible job we had to call someone to come fix what he did. We were unable to use the dryer for a few day because of the bad installation. The dryer was venting into our house. WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY TO HAVE IT INSTALLED ONLY TO HAVE TO DISH OUT MORE MONEY TO BE ABLE TO USE OUR NEW MAYTAG DRYER. I FEEL IM OWED SOME KIND OF MONEY BACK FOR THE HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service and installation. The guys came to try and install and leave as soon as possible. No integrity in their workmanship as once they left the gas vent hose which they should of clamped down to secure to the back of the gas dryer came right off as soon as I tested one drying cycle. I then checked behind and saw that they only wrapped some tape around it and even cut up or destroyed the dryer hose. They tried to hide their mistake by adding tape around it but which did not help at all.

Okay, I signed for the install but only got the delivery. Why? Glad you asked. The delivery went fine but then the installer did not have the right fitting so he did not hook up the gas for the dryer. Then the discharge hose was not long enough on the washer so that was left unistalled. The washer was not levelled and the dryer vent was not installed. So I had to get the fittings, a longer discharge hose, level the machine and install both so they would work. Not a happy person here.

Terrible service. This was a basic dryer hookup where previous dryers had been connected with no problems. I had to call a plumber since this inadequate simple hookup was possibly having carbon monoxide leak into our home.

Installers were nice, but too many mistakes trying to get the dryer installed. Should not require a call for a redo install.

Man delivering and supposedly installing was not knowledgeable about the “how-to” connect to the gas line. Very disappointing. He did, however, take out our old dryer. Not impressed we had to pay for a service that was incomplete.’

I had to install my Dryer by myself. The delivery people refused due to the piece of duct that is in my wall fell out. I’m very dissatisfied with the delivery people.

I was told that my dryer warranty wouldn't cover the replacement of a faulty dryer unless I purchased the installation and new parts. I paid an additional $75 in parts and installation fees just to have the faulty dryer replaced after only 3 weeks. When the installers came, they didn't even replace the parts, just switched dryers. Why have me buy parts if you aren't going to use them??! Just another way to take your money!!
