Worst experience ever. Arrived and said they didn't have the correct adapter. They left. I looked at the gas line and saw the adapter was already attached. I texted them a photo. They refused to come back and complete the installation. I complained to their bosses, sent video, and called Best Buy. Everyone was like FU!

They canceled my installation ordered. And told the person receiving the dryer that I Did not purchased the installation services.

Be careful. BestBuy.com added a dryer vent kit for 29.99. The installers used my old cheaper one, and didn't remove from bill. I only noticed because they did not attach my old one to the vent outside. A quick call to customer service resolved but wouldn't have noticed if not for mistake

I would give this zero stars if I could and I have never given a bad review of the geek squad services. They did NOT install the dryer at all. They claimed my fitting was not right. They said that the old one would work but they were not allowed to hook that one up. So they basically left everything in the middle of the room for my husband to hook up.

Nice guys, showed up on time but were in such a rush to get out they didn't even balance the machines or hook up the drain line properly.

Dryer went not installed properly vent line became detached from dryer. Did not remove all stickers.

The guys gave some bogus reason why they were not able to install our unit. We've always had them in the past, and now they were telling us that the connection was wrong, and that they would not touch it. We had to hire a plumber to come and install the unit. He said there was nothing wrong with the connection.

Installers did not install a water hose that should have come with the dryer. They also did not check the dryer to make sure it was working correctly - when the drum rotates, it makes a loud noise as if something is on the outside of the drum. I tried to get support through the chat system, but that clearly does not work at all.

Three times they delivered a damaged dryer and it’s still damage. I seriously gave up Can’t keep taking days off a work I was promised a gift card and never got it Pretty much a terrible experience all around

They failed to install the gas dryer properly, twice. First time they dropped it off the truck, installed it and ran away. Then they came back to replace it. When I checked the connection after they left they did not secure the vent properly. Horrible service. Customer service blames it on the outside company. Best Buy never took responsibility. This is the last big purchase from Best Buy for me.

The installers visited my home 6 times, which means there were at least 5 different problems in installation. Installers never had any responsibility at all. Just sick and tired on these guys. Best Buy should change their delivery and installation system, otherwise their business will be closed. Low prices are not the only one Best Buy should aim to.

Would not hook plumbing up due to dryer being installed below a counter top. Frustrated.

The delivery guys failed to use a sealant when installing the dryer. We could smell natural gas in our house. We ended up calling the gas company. Their technician could smell the gas upon entering our house. He had to properly connect the dryer.

The installers did not leave enough tubing. It pops off when I move my dryer forward. I have Geek Squad coming back to replace the tube.

First they refused to fit since I purchased new parts elsewhere. When they received approval from the head office they did not fit pipes correctly and did not use gas sealant tape- their installation was unsafe so I redid it myself correctly.

Very poor installation service. The product itself is great.

The gentlemen that installed the dryer were not in my eyes, qualified to do the install. They did not use the new vent that I had to buy and hooked up the washer hoses incorrectly that could have damaged our clothes. They also left a big mess in my garage that I had to clean up. Not happy with that install at all.

Not so satisfied I wish they were more careful with the stuff they install

You did not deliver a dryer nor did you inform that I would be getting one. You left it to the driver/installer to inform me of the issue. Moreover, when I went to get a substitute, no one could find one until a maybe January delivery. I took the advice of the customer service rep: cancelled my order: and bought one from PC Richards.

They did not have the right equipment and told ME to just take it to home depot and exchange it for new 1 n i could do it.(could not even do that because equipment they gave me is a best buy product brand and only sold there.) When i payed for instillation. Absolutely not acceptable and dryer is deffective. Not happy at all.
