The technicians refused to install the unit simply because it required a step down adapter to fit from the valve to the dryer. They also refused to haul away the old unit, which we also paid for. They then said they would refund the cost of the install and haul away, which they never did. Extremely poor service.

The guy who installed my dryer took the clip (on accident I’m sure) to hang my closet door back up. Called Best Buy and spent hours on hold trying to get it back and did not. Best Buy doesn’t seem to care about Customer Service after you’ve bought big ticket items, only before. Super frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered a stackable washer and dryer and day of delivery they did not send the right think to install so they just left everything at the entrance and left. Told us to call the store to tell them. Took them another 4 days to come out and correct. Would not recommend

Best Buy delivery service is HORRIBLE they dropped my washer and dryer and then installed it and said it was fine, i told them they broke it they said no called me a liar pretty much and said it was that way when they took it out, no i seen them, so had to have Best buy handle it and they took care of me good.

Laziest delivery men. Very unprofessional. They did not complete our install and didn’t take back the parts we didn’t need. They tried to leave the washer and dryer in the boxes and didn’t want to remove the old washer /dryer we paid for.

I wasn't home for the delivery. My wife said the installers were in a hurry. They didn't connect the dryer exhaust. She called the neighbor over to help fix it so she could use it.

Will never deal with you again. Got two appointments for installation. First told me to clean the went and call for an appointment. I did. Made another appointment and they never show up. I hired different company payed more money and get it done. Thanks for charging money and do nothing. Will never recommend anyone to deal with this store.

Horrible service. These guys just came to look at the dryer, which is NEW and I told them many times what was wrong. They did not fix it or wait for a cycle to go through so they could see there is something wrong with the item! Very unpleasant situation with total tech so far.

I've had to finish my last two instals. There is no work around. The guys are usually polite and professional when they tell you they can't do the install.

We had a lot of incidents with the installation. We ended up calling a plumber to hook it up after the 3rd try. This will be the way to go for us if we ever need to buy appliances in the future. The hassle of waiting for an appointment time, and the hassle on the phone is just not worth it.

After the install the dryer was not functioning. The technician did not turn on the gas line and I had to wait another week to use the dryer as another technician had to come in and check the installation,

They did not hook up the vent and they took a expensive flashlight I had in my laundry room and I had to get another installer come out

Please credit my account the 20 dollars best buy charged for the installation, as that was never done. 2 young guys come in and didnt even install it talking about the faucet valves being corroded and the gas they said we needed another valve. we hired a professional to come out he said that was a lie and he installed the washer and dryer within 30 minutes. Thanks for wasting our time!

The technicians had no insight on how to turn off a gas valve to install the dryer. The valve was directly behind the dryer and the tech was so confused and puzzled on what to do next. They ended up canceling the setup and just dropping off the dryer. Ended up installing it myself.

Install was good but broke the gas line and said had to pay $150 to Zelle him also did that on purpose told him no you broke it you fix it so he did.

Gas line had leaks at both ends and threads were stripped. Went to Lowes for purchase of better quality gas line and fittings that night and reinstalled the dryer myself. Was not happy with installers

5th time you guys have rescheduled with us. After waiting hours only to see the date change yet again. Every time we have been told it's coming next week. That's 5 TIMES you have flaked and all we get is hung up on or given the run around. About to make a lot of noise. Brand new dryer that has never worked.

The technicians who installed our dryer did not secure the dryer vent. It came loose and the exhaust was venting inside our home. This is a gas dryer, and caused me to become ill.

Delivery crew only dropped off dryer. Did not install because fitting were not to their standards.

The gas dryer was a bit of a pain to install. Required multiple trips and I had to call a plumber in the end.
