I have been waiting for my replaced dryer for 4 weeks . Why the website shows the installation service has been done?? NO. They only sent me the washer but not the dryer since its body has damage . They told me it will be re-delivered to me in next days but I have been waiting for 4 weeks .No one contact me . Too Too bad feeling .

I got the GE Stackable washer/dryer and unfortunately all of the water lines/gas lines were incompatible with the way that my home was designed so I had to get the washer and dryer returned. I was still charged for the installation, but fortunately customer service gave me a gift card back.

The final installation went well. The main issue was the previous 8 scheduled installations that were either cancelled or installers didn't show up as scheduled since Mid May. Even after the installation was completed on Sat. we received a call cancelling the installation.

I'd like to say zero stars. Love the product but instalation was a mess. My dryer never got set up and Best Buy never followed thru with my calls.

Beware! Best buy tell you it's their geek squad that installs but, it is actually a third party company and they really don't care about your item(s). The way they slammed my washer and dryer around whilst taking them off the truck and removing the packaging, I'm surprised they actually work.

did not install worm clamp on exhaust hose inf the dryer. Didnt find this out until last week. I purchased the required kit from bestbuy and they told me not to use it and reused my old vent tube that is damaged.Not the first run in that i have had with thier third party contracts, do not use besbuy delivery/install if your from the metro of canton/westland.

I would recommend you have updated fixtures because they will not install if they're updated

Stay away from this model. We thought we got a great deal, but we were wrong. Dryer does not dry. It it probably the worst samsung model ever owned. I will be scheduling a repair today. Also, the stupid thing has to be turned off to be able to change drying settings.

They installed the dryer without putting tape in the fittings. Caused a huge gas leak which the installers denied. I had to call several times to get help. Second set of installers still said there was no leak. I finally called SDGE who confirmed the gas leak and fixed it. Terrible service.

I bought a washer and Dryer combo, The gas dryer had installation issues. The delivery people did not want to hook up piece since connection was too small. I figure the installation would cover this. I had to get a handyman.

Not happy with either set of guys that came out to install the dryers. They work fast and are careless.

I got gas dryer ans washer. They didn’t install because there was no gas ball valve. So I bought ine and made an appointment. But on the appointment date, they didn’t come and I called to service center. There was no appointment!! And I have to wait for 7 days. Terrible situation. Also on the website, my items were installed. What the ghost installed!!

Installation was promised and did not occur. I had ordered the necessary hook-ups and vents; however, the machines were both left uninstalled. The landlord was able to install the machines for us, which was a great savings.

Installer didnt use clamp on vent. Dryer gave false message on temperature and immediately shut off within few seconds. Lg said known issue in cold weather. Next tech never show due to truck breaking down. Then had a knowledgeable tech out to install with clamp and works properly. Waited weeks for something that should have been right the first time.

Where do I start? Waiting 3 months for delivery. Washer came damaged with a huge dent in the side. Dryer was wrong brand and electric instead of gas. And nothing was ever installed - yet I can't get all my money refunded. Terrible service -- will not shop appliances at Best Buy again!

I had Best Buy install my dryer they done a okay job but late.

The people Best Buy sent to deliver/install my gas dryer where ill equipped to handle the job. They didn't have the correct parts and didn't bother to bring any tools.They first told me that they couldn't do the install, but later tried. I made them stop when I realized they where not prepared to do it correctly. Hand to have a plumber come out to finish the job.

Installation team was rude and extremely unhelpful. They didn't want to install the dryer, because they said the dryer won't fit. We have a big laundry room. The team even didn't want to open the dryer box. Took advantage of the fact that my elderly mother was home alone.

In general best buy installation service is not worth spending money and time. If you will get it for free, you can try but you will end up calling them multiple times.

They came 4-5 times until someone who knew what to do arrived. Had to explain the problem many times. The one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Lot of time wasted! Never buy from best buy again.
