Had to call plumber who dare come in to the house during the covid situation

If the install kit doesn't attach readily they throw up their hands and walk away leaving you to fend for yourself. They will refund your install charge, but you are left without a working appliance.

Very disappointed

Also did not complete the job and left. I also ask to relocate the door but they ask me to request another service team. I had to call handyman to finish the installation!

I feel like some spare parts they should carry for these kind of events and then bill the customer if must. End of the day I got the part and installed the dryer myself. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible

I will almost guarantee I will never use this again unless we are seriously compensated for our time and losses, but that is looking unlikely. We were even hung up on, not disconnected from their escalation department when trying to resolve this issue while on vacation im a foreign country.

They just dropped it off in my garage and said sorry this is as far as we go. I have no idea why these guys did this, I had better luck in the past but this was a major issue.

Don’t get a gas dryer there

I had to pay another company…who easily and safely installed it, but still are waiting for best dug to come take the old dryer away, we hope to see them

Could have been done before he arrived. Said it wasn't on his work order, would cost extra $75, and he didn't have time anyway. After 1/2 hour struggle, finally changed it myself.

Installers wants to get side jobs

Installers does not like to give receipt if I have them replace the valve. I did not have them install it but have my contractor do it himself.

I had to call multiple time to get this corrected! To then find a they left the new washer glass dirty with sticker that could remove! And they never replaced my gas line I purchased!

Fixed a previous install

This installer initially wouldn’t admit the wrong install, but instead bad mouthed “LG” and their products till his colleague drew his attention to the wrong valve/joint used.

Dryer OK, wrinkle steam cycle doesn't really work

I was not home when it happened, so my son didn't know better

Awful Service from Best Buy Avoid!!!!

The sales people online are clearly not trained on the appliances and installation matters. An awful experience that took a month to resolved. In the end the issue was so extremely minor that it should have never taken the steps and length of time to resolve the issue. Terrible. Never again.

Third party installers are hit and miss

Not the most careful and because the vent connection was not sticking out far enough to their liking they left and said I need to fix it and call Best Buy to come back. I fixed it myself and had to wait an extra week for them to hook it up.

Outside time window and rude

Said they were too busy and we should call to schedule another appointment. If they were so busy then why did they show up 2 hours early???
