Dented up will never buy from Best Buy again. Not satisfied whatsoever

Installer couldn’t use new rigid dryer vent properly. Said had to use old one. Why were we made to purchase new rigid vent? Did not show how to operate dryer, in and out as quick as they could

Dryer unit was not installed correctly and was not able to use. They didnt even bring the right parts and couldnt even let me know. Good thing I double checked work. Or else I would not have figured out why it didnt work correctly. Paid for installation for nothing.

Terrible. The dryer is too far away from wall. The installation kit comes with a 45 degree angle connector and flexible pipe. they only used the flexible pipe which required to make a wider turn than 45 degrees. I guess it was the easy way out.

They showed up and refused to install the dryer after the store argued with me that they had to be the ones to do the install. Everything was all in place all they had to do was show up with new dryer and hook up the new lines again that I was forced to buy. The installer really didn't seem to have a clue how to hook up a gas dryer.

Best Buy improperly installed our dryer resulting in a gas leak in our home. When I called to get someone out, they told me it would take 5 days to get someone out despite me being a totaltech member. We are now without a dryer.

They didnt install with new gas line or dryer vent i bought they used my old ones and are giving me a hard time getting refunded for the itemd i paid for to be installed

Took 3 times to get a working dryer installed. Drama at end with no work order to install riser.

The installers were a joke! They were fairly clueless in what they were doing as they tried to deliver the wrong dryer. Once corrected, they did NOT install the correct gas dryer. My husband and I had to replace the parts they removed with the old dryer and threw out. We installed everything ourselves. YouTube saved the day.

The dryer sat in my garage for 10 days until they found it convenient to deliver a working washing machine that was purchased on the same day. Horrible communication and service from Best Buy but the delivery guys were quick and respectful. I will never purchase a large appliance from Best Buy ever again

Best Buy came to install the LG washer and dry that I purchased. Dryer is brand new. Dryer is NOT working! Yes it spins but it doesn't dry at all. Still waiting for Best Buy to come back to take a look...

Terrible. Improperly installed and now it's my issue to fix. Blamed the issue on our dryer vent to my wife, but that clearly was not the issue. Seems he didn't have the right materials and just didn't want to deal with getting what he needed.

I bought a dryer only to find out that they couldn't even install it. I didnt find out until the workers brought it completely into my home and told me they couldn't install it because of a switch on my gas line. Had i knew i wouldn't have bought it or wasted their time

The guys were absolutely rude. They said they cant install it and the gas pipe was broken. The gas pipe was brand new. It seemed like they expected me to pay them more. Even after I paid for the installation. Not happy with the installation crew.

The delivery guys were terrible. They stripped the gas line for the dryer and did not tell me. They did not hook up the water at all. I asked him how does it work he said here's the on off button and goodbye. I had to call in a plumber to fix the gas line and hook it up correctly. Will never buy from Best Buy again.

They were not able to install or remove old dryer. I was at work. They dropped the unopened box in the garage and split.

The worst. It took four appointments before installation. Laundry room is on second floor. I was given ridiculous reasons for not installing. No one was willing to be reasonable

Best Buy installer did not use correct fittings to connect flex gas line to dryer causing major gas leak! Had to call fire dept out to find where we were smelling gas! Had connection repaired with correct fittings before using again.

Racially tinged comment made to me by one of the workers who helped deliver the dryer. The installer was polite and helpful.

Quick service and friendly but accepted tips when they weren’t supposed to.
