Why was this service offered, when it couldn’t be completed? Luckily, I know someone who did the installation.

The installation/repair process was by far the most frustrating thing about moving into our home. We had to have someone come out at least 4 different times until they finally got it right.

installers did not wait for me

Installers were ahead of schedule and instead of waiting or notifying me they were going to install (I had painters at the house) they just did it and left. I was not able to ask any questions or make sure they installed it how I wanted

Called Best Buy support. They promised to reschedule the install. It never happened. Installed it myself.

Very disappointed with Best Buy installation crew

Terrible service

Not happy with the installation

The guy smashed the vent pipe in the back of the machine. The first time I used the dryer it shut down with a low flow issue. Once I replaced the pipe and changed the routing the problem went away.

Bad installation

The driver/ installer said he could not do it and just left stating that he does not have the correct parts. I had to buy the correct parts from Lowe’s and install it myself.

Our city requires the water heater and gas dryer to sit 18 inches off the garage floor. We bought the home in 1979 and the dryer and water heater has co-existed on the same platform since the home was built.
