Thanks for nothing, Best Buy!

Ripoff

Some random thugs show up and refuse to wear masks and then leave with the items. Claimed they were unable to install but really were here to case the house not install. Be careful.

Refused hook up

Had to waste 8 hours on hold over multiple days. They finally showed up to finish the install after over 2 weeks of waiting.

Geek Squad a Disappointment

Gas leak!

Shut off valve and called NICOR. They came out, turned the valve bqck on and confirmed my suspicion. Had my HVAC guy do it correctly the next day. Product seems to work fine.

Wouldn't install due to gas valve would't shut off

Cost me $350 for a plumber to replace valve for no reason!!!
