Driver told me to pay him an extra fee for delivery. Had to pay an outside company 120 to come install.

Have it installed by a professional plumber. Will cost you more but its worth it to be safe working on a natural gas line.

Installation NOT

My son went to Lowe's to get a different size but it turned out they were wrong and he was able to install it with the original equipment. Had to make a separate trip to return the connection back to Lowe's.

Poor installation

Paid a plumber that laughed and said the guy was lazy. The plumber did not fix anything and the next installer sent installed with the existing pipe.

I rescheduled the installation and guess what, they didn't even show up. I called the Geek Squad again and now I have to reschedule for next Saturday.

Delivery Sucked

Terrible install. Polite but horrible job

The dryer vent was taped to the brand new painted wall, not nicely. The vent was never fully secured behind the dryer and as soon as we turned it on it blew off the back blowing dust everywhere.
