    I was charged an istallation fee for the gas dryer and they were not able to install it.

    Did not properly connect dryer to exhaust vent. had to have another installed dispatched two days later before I could use my gas dryer. I was not running and letting the exhaust gas vent inside

    Best Buy doesn’t tell their contractors the right thing to do. I have made five appointments, just to do one installation and they never made it. Now the dryer is still not installed for a month!!

    I even don't have it installed yet. It was delivered on September 3 and was left in my garage, still packed. At least your team should have it moved up to my 2nd floor laundry.

    The guys that brought the dryer put in in crooked also they scratched my two month old washer. I’m really upset about that…..

    They refused to install it because I didn’t have a vent. No one mentioned during purchase. Order was delayed for 3 weeks and very disappointed

    Terrible! Best Buy needs to get a new third party installation contractor. They didn’t want to set mines up, I had to call someone else.

    Tech wouldn’t install dryer

    Installer wouldn’t install the dryer because the gas shutoff valve is about 10 feet away from the machine. I turned it off and disconnected it and the technician still wouldn’t install it.

    I don't know what to tell you. The guys just dropped off the Dryer and left never seen them again. Why am I still getting charged for this installation? I seemed like they were in a hurry to go to lunch.

    Did not install!! Didn’t hook up my dryer. Dryer not installed. Dryer not working. Just sitting in my basement. Needs a gas line adjuster. Didn’t complete.

    The first time they came to deliver my washer and dryer I had to refuse them from touching my gas line because they didn’t know what they were doing very unprofessional characters that came the first day I had to reschedule.

    Installer refused to attach the gas line. He seemed agitated and confused as to how to install the dryer so he opted out by refusing to attach the gas line. Terrible service very unprofessional!!!

    After delivery mess up and picking up the unit myself. I installed it myself because I was going to have to wait another week or so for someone to install after waiting 4 weeks to get the unit.

    The delivery manifesto was wrong. When customer informed the delivery staff they displayed rude and mean-intimidating behavior instead of being apologetic and friendly towards customer.

    I paid to get my washer and dryer installed which resulted in me having to repair the bad install. Just do it yourself.

    Not happy with the install that I paid for. The delivery guys never hooked up the vent which is why I paid for the install. I had to buy my own vent and install it myself. Will be requesting my money back for the install.
