    They revised to hookup, saying the gas turnoff needed to be right behind the dryer. Even though there is a dedicated gas cutoff above the dryer.

    Best Buy sent me a dryer that was dead on arrival. It’s been a nightmare getting my delivery and installation rescheduled.

    They didnt even put an effort to install. They just came and said my water valve old and dropped the washer and dryer at garage and left

    It would be nice if they actually showed up to install. They never showed up and good luck trying to reschedule or get someone on the phone to help.

    had to buy new gas line and dryer vent. wouldn't install vent and didn't use gas line, was told was not the right one

    They delivered the dryer but did not install. They said they could not. I had to have someone else take care of it for me. It was frustrating as I was without a dryer for over a week

We should be able to look into the notes and let you know the reason, and get you a refund if you paid for a service that wasn’t completed.

    THey got scared because it was a gas dryer install (what did they think it was, they knew i purchased a gas dryer), then I had to hire a plumber because the installers were afraid to install.

    Installers were un professional it took 3 visits to complete the install. It was a poor service installers did not show up to my home on the day of install, I waited 4 hrs. For nothing

    Terrible communication after the sale. Had an issue which I waited 2 weeks for an “expert” and they sent the same people. Did nothing to compensate or help had to call someone else.

    The drier was failed out of the box. The installer did not use any sealer or teflon on the gas line. I still have not received it.

    The driver and helper arrived on time and were very polite. However the helper who was doing the install was not knowledgeable and could not connect the dryer to the gas line.

    Dryer takes too long to dry clothes. I will be calling customer service to have someone take a look at it. May have to return it.
