Dryer works well Installers installed dryer door so that it is in the way when moving clothes from washer to dryer

Installers were professional and very quick. Definitely knew what they were doing

The team did well, but to schedule a second visit to finish the installation was ridiculous!!! Pretty much we had the dryer but couldn’t use it for a week due to the dispatching team not letting the installer coming back until a week after!!!!

Depends on what install I am reviewing. The 1st one they said they "couldn't" because they could turn the valves. I tried after they left and even I could turn them and they were easily accessible. The 2nd install went OK but the dryer stopped working after a week. The 3rd install with a replacement went OK but the dryer made a rubbing noise and they requested yet ANOTHER replacement. The 4th install went well (finally) but they discovered that there was a big dent in the side that was hidden that was done by either the 3rd install crew or before delivery and the 3rd install crew should have noticed!! All and all - not a good experience waiting from the end of November until the middle of January for a satisfactory install and appliance!!

They were efficient and courteous. The installation was flawless and they removed the old dryer and were in and out in about 30 minutes.
