Best buy mechanics installed our washer and dryer quickly!

The dryer is great It works well, thank you very much.

Overall good experience with the delivery and installation. Left minor dents on the washer and dryer, and some oily marks on the carpet.

The installer didn’t even attempt to put the new dryer vent on! He told me I had to go to Home Depot and buy a different size! Why didn’t they come with the correct one? Then the dryer didn’t even dry the clothes very well. They were stopping wet at the end of 53 minutes.!

I had an older model of this dryer for many years. When it suddenly went on the blink, I had to purchase a new one. So far, I like this updated version and have not had any problems. It's easy to use and has all the options and some new ones that the older model didn't have.

The techs installed the wahser and dryer with ease and care. Awsome job

Had to have tech back a second time to hook up the vent from the dryer to the outside vent outlet properly. Left without a dryer for multiple days

The washing machine installation was fine. However , the dryer installation was incomplete due to the gas connector being too short. The installers left it in that state. Trying to contact Best Buy customer service for TWO days proved fruitless. I ended up eating the cost of the installation and short connector, having had to search the area for a longer connector. Additionally, the installers mangled the dryer vent and had to replace it. Thankfully they had a replacement on the truck.

Arrived during the stated window. Let me know when they were on their way. Ready to install when they arrived, good, tidy installation was completed quickly.

More than excellent technicians that delivered and installed a gas dryer for Us today,a Saturday morning.

They brought the wrong part and never installed it. Rescheduled twice and they never showed both times. Ended up doing it myself.

The first two gentlemen that came to my house were installing the dryer in correctly and because of that there was a gas leak so they turned it off so I had to wait another week for somebody to come out to install it correctly I also needed to buy a new hose gas hose for the dryer because the one that I bought from Best buy was damaged due to them I returned it they returned my money for it I also returned the vent which was unused because I could not use that kind of event in my home which was fine The next time they came out which is now 3 weeks after I bought the dryer came out showed me what they did wrong installed my dryer and it's been working fine ever since Best buy was taking the best care of me as they could it was not their fault in the store that the two gentlemen who were installing the dryer from the first time did not know what they were doing I would recommend asking more questions when you're buying gas dryers
