Team was excellent, the process was smooth and efficient.

Washer and dryer are great. Price seemed fair, and we've often had good experiences with Best Buy before. These installers had no apparent expertise/ability to do ANYTHING other than standard installation. BB-suggested dryer connection wasn't long enough, so they had to come back another day. The one THEY told me to buy also didn't work, so the dryer was left unconnected and we had to call in a plumber, who couldn't believe any installer didn't carry these common parts on their truck. BB guys also were in SUCH a hurry to get done that they insisted on carrying these heavy appliances down our hardwood stairs (that have a tricky curve halfway down). This was hard on them (one hurt his foot) and worrisome for us, but--again--they were in SUCH a hurry that they didn't want to go around outside. To be clear, these didn't seem to be bad guys, but once things got a little complicated, they clearly weren't equipped (or, dare I say, even interested?) in getting this job done, let alone done well. As a result, this turned out to be a far harder and more expensive install than we expected. (P.S. I've gone several months NOT reviewing this, as I never submit negative reviews. As requests to review just keep appearing in my inbox, here's the honest truth.)

Excellent service. My dryer was installed with ease and in a quickly manner. Highly recommend.

They did a terrible job. The valve was not tightened properly and ended up leaking gas into the house. Also, the way they installed the line, we now can’t put the dryer back in the original position so it’s sticking out into the room. We will eventually have to pay to have it redone. So disappointed. I would never use their service again.

Never inquired type of gas Three days late being installed. Cost additional 190 dollars

The installers we friendly, but unfamiliar with the dryer. I dislike being the reason that an installation is completed correctly--if I had not intervened they would have left and would not have completed the install.

The two gentlemen who installed my dryer were very professional.

Got a Gas Laundry Dryer from Best Buy. The delivery+Install tech came. I have a side by side configuration, not stacked. They said they have to move my washer to get to the gas line, and they WILL NOT install it. I told them I will move the washer, and the guy keep saying no, I will NOT install it. He took off, asked me to reschedule, but if that's company policy not allow him to "touch" my existing washer, no point for me to reschedule as the other tech won't install it neither. I have to call Best Buy to cancel the order. So remember, if you getting the dryer only, and if your tech need to "touch" your washer in order to complete the install, they won't do it.
