Installation was quick and the technician ran a cycle to make sure it was working properly. Technician was professional and cleaned up after the installation. He gets 5 stars from me.

my dryer has a sanitizer option and they didn't even hook up a water line to the unit. I ended up exchanging the unit and the other installer brought it to my attention that it was needed. He did attempt to hook up the vent properly and taped it up but unfortunately it still did not stay in place. the next installer found the notches and hooked it up properly.

Terrible! The Best Buy technician didn’t connect the venting hose correctly which came a loose within 12 months. I never had this problem with my previous dryer I had for over 20 years

I payed $79.00 to change the door from right to lift. I been told when I bought the dryer its free

First dryer delivered was DOA. Great guy installing and set up... just wished he had tested before leaving. Second dryer delivered was done very professionally and they actually made sure it worked. Only minor issue was that they came earlier than time scheduled for delivery. Had to reshuffle my schedule to accommodate.

I am very pleased with the installation of my new dryer. The gentleman that did the installation were polite, brought the new dryer down the steep stairs to the basement, and removed the old dryer. They were neat, quick and professional.

the people who install my gas dryer are very professional. They respect your property. And they know what they are doing. After the installation, they demonstrate on how to use the unit.

Best Buy removed the hassle of me trying to figure out what parts to buy, having the right tools and cleaning up the mess. Installation included parts and free haul away of old units.

Love my new dryer. It's the perfect size and dries well. Controls easy to follow. At end of cycle plays a little musical number that makes me smile every time. Was leary of purchasing Samsung because of recent product safety problems, but so far so good.

Washer and dryer delivery terrible. They didn't have tools. Could not lower the dryer. Did not bring connection for gas dryer. Said it was electric but it was in fact gas! Had to make appointment for dryer to b connected. They didn't bring connection part either. Good that I purchased the part and had available. They did not handle anything with care. Had dirty hands that left marks everywhere. Unskilled workers need to b able to communicate. Had to take another day off from work and b without the use of new appliances for days. Terrible experience!
