The 2 guys from Best Buy that hooked up my washer and dryer were great,

Dryer install was eventually done. First try the dryer was damaged one the gas line when they unboxed it so it has to go back. Second try a week later, the dryer was fine but the installer said the gender on pipe was wrong and we'd need to get an adapter before they could do the install. They reconnected the old dryer and left the new dryer. A few days later and after buying a brass adapter, the third installer said no adapter was necessary because they just needed to take off the elbow on the gas pipe so the kit works work.

Two guys, 30 mins and our old washer/dryer were gone, and our new ones were installed and ready to go. These guys are amazing !! Professional, courteous and ON TIME

The guy who installed my dryer was very rude. When he said the washer & dryer installation was complete, I walked in and immediately smelled the gas and I told him I could smell it and he said he smells it too but he is sure there is no leak from his portion of the installation. I asked him if he could please check it and he rudely asked me to get my home dishwasher detergent, which I did and he squirted it over the pipes and said "see no leak" I'm gonna go now. I asked if the smell is just a residual and should I air it out by keeping my doors open in the freezing cold and he said yes. He left and I waited another 20 minutes, stepped in and out of the house hoping the smell would dissipate but I could now smell the gas throughout the townhouse and that just really freaked me out, since any spark including static electricity could start a fire. I called him to tell him so and he said he will come back. Half hour later he returned with more attitude and stating that this has nothing to do with him. He squirter the detergent again and this time a bubble formed and then he scrambled to get his "tools" from the truck. He then fixed it in front of me and immediately I could no longer smell gas. I am appalled for such disregard for safety and also human decency. If I had anosmia (loss of smell) or if I was not persistent, this could've resulted in a possible fire or explosion. This is not ok.

The best buy guys were able to install my dryer successfully. They came on time and cleaned up my dirty gas exhausts which was nice. They almost broke the accordion door on my utility room. Luckily it was easily fixed. Overall they did a good job.

Great service, quick and efficient. To date, no issues and no shaking.

The dryer is good. Dryness sensor is okay, clothes are not dry typically when it shuts off. Drum light holder broken and clothes get caught in the hole where the light should be. I had to undo the vent "installation" that the delivery guy threw together. The vent was not attached well at either end. I had to do it myself so it would be safe and correct. Also, his way smashed the flex duct when you'd try to push the dryer back into the space it fits into. These guys are delivery only, not installers by any stretch.

Gas dryer installation was quick, efficient and professional. I feel fortunate to replace a broken dryer at Christmas time.

The installers were actually early, removed our old washer & dryer, installed the new ones (the dryer is gas, so that complicates things) along with their pedastals. And everything was all done and up and running in less than an hour! Excellent job!!!

The two-man installation team who delivered, and installed, my gas dryer did a great job! They ensured the unit was level and operational before they left.

Dryer wasn’t installed due to copper wire problem that Best Buy guys wasn’t able to install. They broke my front door when pushing these appliances in and now I’m filing a complaint. It’s still under process.

best buy delivery installed my new excellent GE gas dryer, came 8 am sharp, on time and very professional and quick and tested the gas dryer to make sure work perfectly, and most importantly no gas leak

Had some problems with the vent installation but the problem was solved in a reasonable timeframe

we had best buy install a new dryer and pedestal for us. Had some struggles getting the old gas hose off but at the end of the day they did great with getting the new dryer installed and working. timing was good and great communication with setting up the appointment. very happy

Installation was quick and the technician ran a cycle to make sure it was working properly. Technician was professional and cleaned up after the installation. He gets 5 stars from me.
