The gentlemen who delivered and worked on our dryer installation were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installer went the extra mile to make sure he finished the job well.

Great service, installed and set into place so that everything was lined up. Ensured vent and gas hose was sitting properly with no strain and tested everything before leaving.

Took too long and part were missing to complete the initial installation. Purchased outstanding parts (didn't know we needed). Took another week to complete the installation. The workers are ok but the process is horrible. BB needs to expand and improve their services. I guess we're service and quality expectations are too high these days for $$$ we spend.

They installed the machine with nooooooooooooo issues.

Normally BestBuy is good with installation. This time it was a mess. Wrong address so had to reschedule delivery then they used a 5/8 inch gas line which required and adapter and left the dryer sticking out 3" more then required. They also arrived late and failed to properly install the vent so it fell off almost immediately. I give them a couple of stars for carrying it up the stairs and pricing a small gift for the inconvenience of rescheduling. Also installation is fairly priced.

Installers did a great job with the gas dryer. Super friendly, thorough, and quick. Highly recommended.

Not anble to connect sny parts due to i had copper pipes. Staff was great polite and informed me where the parts are inside the dryer for the connection. Still have not used my dryer due to waiting on Warren inspector to approve new pipe. I am upset that i jad to spend another 1000 for plumbing to get dryer set up and still has not used it yet.

Love it. Its quiet and works quickly. I'm extremely pleased with this selection. Great for the price.

Installation was quick, about 15 minutes. Seems to be done very professionally. All hoses were connected properly, dryer was checked to be level and quick test run to see it's working properly.

The installers were fast and friendly, took the time to clean around the area first after removing the old units. Tested them to make sure everything was working properly and left a card with a number just in case we had any issues.

Quick, efficient and no damages to item purchased.

Drier installation was okay but they could not get the drier close to the wall as they did not have a low profile drier duct on hand. Now I will have to purchase and install that myself. I recommend that others consider the pedestals or else a low profile duct if the exhaust duct out of the house is located in an awkward place that would prevent the drier from being pushed back near the wall. Installer was late, last installation of the day. Would have preferred a tighter time window so an entire day of work would not have been lost.

These guys worked very well together as a team and were neat, careful, and pretty quick with the installation. Cleaned up as they worked and took all trash with them. Great job!

Excellent experience with our washer/dryer install. The two installers arrived within the expected window. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. I asked for a few minutes to clean the area after the old appliances were removed and they graciously accomodated me. Appliances were installed and I was given a brief overview. Based on my overall experience with Best Buy I will return for other major appliance purchases.
