Plan ahead and make sure you buy ALL parts early.

Purchased outstanding parts (didn't know we needed). Took another week to complete the installation. The workers are ok but the process is horrible. BB needs to expand and improve their services. I guess we're service and quality expectations are too high these days for $$$ we spend.

Great guy installing and set up... just wished he had tested before leaving. Second dryer delivered was done very professionally and they actually made sure it worked. Only minor issue was that they came earlier than time scheduled for delivery. Had to reshuffle my schedule to accommodate.

The gentleman that did the installation were polite, brought the new dryer down the steep stairs to the basement, and removed the old dryer. They were neat, quick and professional.

Dryer Not Used Yet Approval on 10.25.22

Staff was great polite and informed me where the parts are inside the dryer for the connection. Still have not used my dryer due to waiting on Warren inspector to approve new pipe. I am upset that i jad to spend another 1000 for plumbing to get dryer set up and still has not used it yet.
