Great washer for the money. Highly recommend not spending a lot for an appliance at this point. As my old set only lasted seven years. Was a high end sec.

Installers were customer service oriented and appeared very friendly. Provided a quick service and clean up after installing the product.

First time I had it delivered the men did not want to do the work I paid for. I sent the dryer back. They said I did not pay for install when it was clearly on my bill. The second time I had it delivered they men were really nice and helpful. Went above and beyond the get everything taken care of.

The 2 delivery personnel were very cordial and efficient in removing the old dryer, and in setting up the new one. They spent the needed time to make sure that the vent pipe was hooked up properly, and tested the dryer before leaving.

I love this dryer. Easy to use. It comes with less/more dry time. It's weird but I love the little chime when the dryer completes it's cycle.
