Love my new dryer. It's the perfect size and dries well. Controls easy to follow. At end of cycle plays a little musical number that makes me smile every time. Was leary of purchasing Samsung because of recent product safety problems, but so far so good.

Excellent experience with our washer/dryer install. The two installers arrived within the expected window. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. I asked for a few minutes to clean the area after the old appliances were removed and they graciously accomodated me. Appliances were installed and I was given a brief overview. Based on my overall experience with Best Buy I will return for other major appliance purchases.

The installation worked perfectly and was painless I previously moved the original machines in the same room to save money,but I waisted a whole day and I damaged my walls, I would definitely have best buy do my next delivery.and installation

Install was great. Very nice, punctual, courteous team that delivered.

Normally BestBuy is good with installation. This time it was a mess. Wrong address so had to reschedule delivery then they used a 5/8 inch gas line which required and adapter and left the dryer sticking out 3" more then required. They also arrived late and failed to properly install the vent so it fell off almost immediately. I give them a couple of stars for carrying it up the stairs and pricing a small gift for the inconvenience of rescheduling. Also installation is fairly priced.

Washer and dryer delivery terrible. They didn't have tools. Could not lower the dryer. Did not bring connection for gas dryer. Said it was electric but it was in fact gas! Had to make appointment for dryer to b connected. They didn't bring connection part either. Good that I purchased the part and had available. They did not handle anything with care. Had dirty hands that left marks everywhere. Unskilled workers need to b able to communicate. Had to take another day off from work and b without the use of new appliances for days. Terrible experience!

Dryer was installed in working order. Service people were polite.

Installation was quick, about 15 minutes. Seems to be done very professionally. All hoses were connected properly, dryer was checked to be level and quick test run to see it's working properly.

Installers were fast and friendly, but they didn't connect a water line to the dryer for the steam function. In fairness, they probably weren't aware of this requirement because their dispatcher told them nothing, and I wasn't aware myself because this was a new feature for me. When I discovered this, a second team was dispatched to correct the error. They were also quick, but complained about how the job was more than 1 hour out of their way. Not my problem. Never complain about your company to your customers. Do the job right the first time, and you won't have to make a second trip.

Great washer for the money. Highly recommend not spending a lot for an appliance at this point. As my old set only lasted seven years. Was a high end sec.

These guys worked very well together as a team and were neat, careful, and pretty quick with the installation. Cleaned up as they worked and took all trash with them. Great job!

Drier installation was okay but they could not get the drier close to the wall as they did not have a low profile drier duct on hand. Now I will have to purchase and install that myself. I recommend that others consider the pedestals or else a low profile duct if the exhaust duct out of the house is located in an awkward place that would prevent the drier from being pushed back near the wall. Installer was late, last installation of the day. Would have preferred a tighter time window so an entire day of work would not have been lost.

The installers were fast and friendly, took the time to clean around the area first after removing the old units. Tested them to make sure everything was working properly and left a card with a number just in case we had any issues.

It took a little time for installation of my product, but I am very satisfied now that it has been installed.

Terrible installation team. The two people who delivered the front load washer and dryer not only did NOT hook up the vent dryer - they did not change the positioning of the front load doors so that they would open. They ran in, shuffled through the packages, and practically ran out - not even showing me the machines or work. Of course, I was on a work call - and they had to get my sign off - so I did not see the fault until 20 minutes after they left. It has been a headache after that with NO additional help or compensation from BB. Never again.
