Dryer was installed in working order. Service people were polite.

Worth every dime. They are quick, knowledgable and neat. Out with the old. In with the new. Since I had an old dryer I figured it would be pretty easy. It was but easiest for me!

Decent delivery, although they refused to install. Had to call a small private company and pay extra. Not a huge deal but Best Buy staff should ask at time of purchase what kind of gas lines are currently in the home.

The install was done better than what I had previously. I would give this 6* if I could because of how clean they installed the dryer.

Quick, reasonably professional. But they did scratch up the side of the dryer when they pushed it in place. A small scrape, but I will need to get some touch up paint. Lifting a dryer on the pedestal is not something that one person could do, so paying for the installation saved calling in a friend/neighbor.

These tools did the job and we didn't have to go out and get tools from the hardware store. Glad we can sleep at night not worrying about a gas leak..

The instructions online as to what I would need were great, I bought all the parts they would need. It was delivered when promised and set up in a short period of time. Everything works, What more can you want

Install went quickly and kept me from having to figure it out. Team came in, unloaded, hooked up, and tested.

Terrible installation team. The two people who delivered the front load washer and dryer not only did NOT hook up the vent dryer - they did not change the positioning of the front load doors so that they would open. They ran in, shuffled through the packages, and practically ran out - not even showing me the machines or work. Of course, I was on a work call - and they had to get my sign off - so I did not see the fault until 20 minutes after they left. It has been a headache after that with NO additional help or compensation from BB. Never again.
