Gas Dryer installation including replacing gas line and old air vent hose

The installation crew was professional, nice and patient. My items were delivered and installed quick and efficiently. They made ever effort to find a solution to any concerns that arised during the installation. Very courtesy and I would definitely use this service again.

Decent delivery, although they refused to install. Had to call a small private company and pay extra. Not a huge deal but Best Buy staff should ask at time of purchase what kind of gas lines are currently in the home.

Worth every dime. They are quick, knowledgable and neat. Out with the old. In with the new. Since I had an old dryer I figured it would be pretty easy. It was but easiest for me!

Was a bit of a pain since my gas line was slightly wobbly they wouldn't touch it so I had to have a plumber actually install it. Took a couple of months to finally get it installed and the old one hauled away since I kept having to make new appts

The dryer does a nice job. So far very happy. Installation guys did a great job. And our ordering rep helped us do our order. He spent a lot of time with me getting the order right.

The install was done better than what I had previously. I would give this 6* if I could because of how clean they installed the dryer.

This crew was not able to connect the dryer to the gas line since they did not have the correct fittings needed. They did attach the dryer to the pedastal and were able to get it indoors in the basement safely. The dryer was connected by another team 5 days later.

The gentlemen arrived on time, were neat and polite. Although we needed a replacement piece, they had it, fortunately. Dryer safely installed and working.

These tools did the job and we didn't have to go out and get tools from the hardware store. Glad we can sleep at night not worrying about a gas leak..

The 2 men that installed the gas dryer where very professional and knowledgeable. We were vey pleased with their work.

Ryamundo was the technician who installed the steam kit (the item was missing/not installed in the original dryer installation). He did a really good job, and even provided a zip tie to tie the washer drain to the faucet next to it for added security w/o prompting.

The instructions online as to what I would need were great, I bought all the parts they would need. It was delivered when promised and set up in a short period of time. Everything works, What more can you want

The servicemen called ahead and were on time. Tight space so we might want to rework the exhaust hook up. It isn’t as good as old dryer exhaust configuration.
