Install team was awesome. So many features. Quick, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and showed us a basic cycle.

Ryamundo was the technician who installed the steam kit (the item was missing/not installed in the original dryer installation). He did a really good job, and even provided a zip tie to tie the washer drain to the faucet next to it for added security w/o prompting.

The same installers as the washer installers with the same performance: efficient, careful, answered questions, and quick. The dryer got scratched somewhere between my purchase and its delivery, but Best Buy has an excellent service for this. I called them and they fixed the situation in a few minutes: get cash back or get a new dryer delivered. Wow! Real service!!

It took 3 different times for technicians to come to our house to install the dryer and vent it properly. First time they came, they said they did not have the proper vent attachment, saying we needed a periscope vent part. We returned to Best Buy and was told they would order the periscope vent part and it would be on the truck when the next installers came to our house. The second time new technicians arrived, they didn't have this part on their truck and had never heard of it. In order for us to be able to use the dryer, they pushed it in front of the back door of the house so the original hose they brought could be used to hook up the dryer. Again, we returned to Best Buy for help. The salesperson order the periscope vent part for us to pick up ourselves, which we did. When the new technicians came for the third visit, they said the periscope part was too big. In the meantime, one of these technicians looked at the dryer and immediately moved it over an inch so the wall vent opening could fit over the vent of the dryer. No additional part was needed. This took weeks to remedy the problem.

This dryer has so many really great features (wrinkle free, steam, EcoBoost, etc.), is also pretty quiet and the dark grey color looks very stylish.

The installer installed my dryer right where I asked him to, and it is still there and working great. He was nice and professional and very respectful.

The installers were great! They called ahead to give me an ETA and even arrived early. Both fellows were polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable about appliances and their installation. I have made a number of purchases from Best Buy that required installation. I used BB installers for each and was pleased with all of the jobs. I would highly recommend.

The Best Buy thrlird party should have known that the gas dryer was not the correct fit and that I needed an electric dryer. It was part my fault as I did order the wrong item but they should have not unboxed it and brought it all the way in after looking at the area and not seeing a gas line.

Very quick and good installation. Installers were very professional and handed the washer dryer to the basement with no scratches to walls etc. They also helped dispose the old washer dryer.
