Best Buy team did a great job in the installation of my gas dryer. This dryer is very efficient!

Seemless installation by a true professional. He took the time to explain the dryer options.

The installers did not apply Teflon tape and my entire home smelled like gas. I called Best Buy and they sent out a second installer and he said that the first installers broke the valve. I called the claims department and they weren’t very helpful, I had to call them 4 times to finally get approved to hire a plumber to apply Teflon tape he reported that their wasn’t any damaged. The plumber was was contracted independently and he was honest and helpful. The plumber fixed the problem and I submitted a reimbursement claim and I haven’t received any confirmation from the claims department that they received the claim, and this is after sending 3 follow up emails. It has been very inconvenient. I wasn’t able to wash or use my dryer for 2 1/2 weeks because the claims department was so careless and slow.

Not enough time explain the appliances. Dyer had a gas leak. Faulty installation.

Given all of the dryers Best Buy must sell one would assume that their installers would be prepared to address most common problems. My assumption was not correct. Best Buy was unable to complete the installation because they did not bring a gas line adapter (3/8" to 1/2"). I had to complete the install myself. Shameful!

The Original Installer broke my gas valve. Best Buy was quick to send another installer out... My house is old... Valve needed a special installer. An installer showed up SAME DAY .... Very Happy Customer

My first W/D set came w/the house. I didn't even know the dryer was gas until it broke 6yrs later. I purchased replacement front loaders w/pedestals. Many issues but short story for the install is I smell gas all the time now. They came back once and said there was no thread tape but the issue remains. Also I brought 'standard' connectors/hose at time of purchase but first delivery I didn't have correct ones. So had to reschedule for me to make exchange. It would have been nice if the drivers had product on the truck to at least charge me and I could take the wrong ones back to the store when I got to it.

Installation and delivery services were great, no issues at all and everything works like it should.

The dryer was great BUT they need to ask about what kind of gas hook-up people have. They came and said that they couldn't install because of the way it currently was hooked up. We had them but it in the basement and had to have someone else do the hook up. This is the 2nd dryer ( my mom and us) that they couldn't install because they fail to ask what kind of hook up! If they would ask then the customer could have things done before they deliver.

Well build product. Ez to use and does big loads. Does KING size blankets with no problem
