Best Buy team did a great job in the installation of my gas dryer. This dryer is very efficient!

They delivered a faulty dryer. Then when they came to exchange the brand new dryer for another one, they refused to because they now said my gas valve was too old

Did a great job of installing, and replaced the water hose.

This review is on BestBuy installation which they don't do themselves and sub out the install do to liabilities I'm sure. installer was nice but very careless and willing to admit responsibilities when installing my new washer and dryer, first him and his partner are very carless when removing and installing, they don't carry the right supplies needed for the job, such as rags to wipes down their dirty hands they left on my walls and water that they should know drains out after removing the old one. they don't have any drop protection and they broke my drain pan for the washer so the pan is useless now if it leaks. well its a simple replacement I get it but I have a drain hooked to it so its a little more work and if I disconnect my washer to fit their damages I'm out of warranty since I disconnected it the line and reconnected them. their insurance claims will return your call but wont do nothing about it so that's strange that best buy can hire them but wont step in situations like these but they will use them but not help out their customers that have made a big purchase to them. I gave them 2 stars because they are actually good in their store but next time wont get their install since they send you with an outside company they probably don't even check on

Wow...the Delivery Men/Installers were very quick and efficient with their work. I'm very impressed with our purchase, delivery and installation of our new Samsung Gas Dryer.

Great job installing gas dryer had the old one out and new one in in no time.

The installers did not apply Teflon tape and my entire home smelled like gas. I called Best Buy and they sent out a second installer and he said that the first installers broke the valve. I called the claims department and they weren’t very helpful, I had to call them 4 times to finally get approved to hire a plumber to apply Teflon tape he reported that their wasn’t any damaged. The plumber was was contracted independently and he was honest and helpful. The plumber fixed the problem and I submitted a reimbursement claim and I haven’t received any confirmation from the claims department that they received the claim, and this is after sending 3 follow up emails. It has been very inconvenient. I wasn’t able to wash or use my dryer for 2 1/2 weeks because the claims department was so careless and slow.

Installers came on time, removed old dryer and installed new one with no difficulties, carefully checked the gas hook-up and were helpful in answering our questions.

Well build product. Ez to use and does big loads. Does KING size blankets with no problem
