Need to ask

They came and said that they couldn't install because of the way it currently was hooked up. We had them but it in the basement and had to have someone else do the hook up. This is the 2nd dryer ( my mom and us) that they couldn't install because they fail to ask what kind of hook up! If they would ask then the customer could have things done before they deliver.

So-So Installation

Were unable to do installation/hook-up. My gas fittings were 1/2" and the new dryer fittings are 3/8". So, the guys could not hook up the gas -nor the exhaust. Not their fault. I had to hire a plumber to change out the fittings and hook everything up.
