I love the gas dryer works perfect but it’s always better to have peace of mind With insurance on it

Two technicians showed up and removed the old dryer and installed this new one in less than 20 minutes. They were very professional and polite.

The delivery and instillation folks were fast and knew exactly what they were doing. I was impressed at their expertise.

The first team was sent away as horrible, rude and obnoxious. The 2nd team was great and knew what they were doing, were curtious and explained everything in detail.

Not exactly sure what to rate this since the dryer has been up and running for a month but after the installation team left, I found the dryer gas line I had purchased, on the floor. Was this not installed because I already had one at home? I’m not sure and it would have been nice to be told so that I could return the one I purchased and get my money back.

The people that put the gas dryer in were good and knew their job. There was no problems with this installation.

Installers were efficient at removing the old dryer and moving in the new one in my rental home. The installers told my renter that the smell of natural gas will dissipate after about 10 loads. Two weeks later, renter reported that gas smell wasn’t going away, in fact, remained even if dryer was not in use. Called gas company and technician detected a leak and determined the installers did not use silicon tape to seal the connection between the gas line to the dryer. Good luck trying to reach someone on Geek Squad line to come look at problem. They would have to schedule another installation appointment several days later and if they determined that it was not their fault or not installed by same contractors, I’d have to pay another installation fee. Only good thing was they hauled out the old dryer and put the new dryer in its place. But check their work.

Installation was quick and problem-free. Before the techs left, they actually tested both the washer and dryer to make certain they worked.

The installers were on-time, answered our questions clearly, got the system up and running and left everything clean and tidy! Thumbs-Up!

I bought an LG gas dryer and washing machine set from Best Buy. Normally delivery and installation are free with a high-dollar purchase, but they charge a little extra to install a gas dryer because of the technical know-how required. It's definitely worth it. The last time I had a gas dryer installed, I had my family plumber do the installation, but Best Buy's fee is way less than paying a plumber. The delivery guys showed up on time, installed both machines competently, and left no mess behind. The dryer has been working well in the month since they installed it.

Actually it's the Samsung washer and I LOVE it. I do have to turn the drum around to get to the other side for socks since the machine is enormous.

The install went very well. The dryer works well and I’m very pleased with my purchase.
