Paid for an installation of my dryer. They arrived and 5 minutes later, they refused to install it. Said said they couldn't install the washer because of a shut off, so they weren't going to bother to do either of them. Had the salesperson told me that could occur, I wouldn't have paid for Best Buy to install it. They then refused to even bring the dryer inside my house and dumped it in the garage. Then I had to spend hours and hours and hours on the phone with customer service. Took me forever to get a refund. It was awful

I purchased a dryer knowing it was a gas installation. However, i was unaware the venting would be a huge concern. Best buy’s maintenance was exceptional. The first visit was informative, i was advised i needed to add a pipe connector because my gas valve was too high for the dryer connection. Once that concern was addressed. Maintenance/installation came back out early before 7:00am and connected my dryer. Courteous, professional and affordable. Truly satisfied.

I had BestBuys subcontractor install my gas dryer since it was a requirement from my local utility that I have it 'professionally installed' in order to qualify for a rebate. They arrived on time, were professional, courtious, and helped showing a few things on the dryer before they left. Initially I thought it was a bit of a ripoff as I could have done this myself, but in the end I was busy with other home improvement tasks and was happy they were here to handle it.

This was required for my new washer & dryer. It was installed by Best Buy. Look and works great! Easy working with Best Buy.

Installer was really great but very frustrated because gas line sent was the wrong size and he could not install my dryer. Please check into this because it keeps happening for him.

They did a good job didn't hit any walls on the way up the stairs. Made it flush against my walls.

The installers did a good job with the dryer. There were some complication because the gas line was too short, but they substituted a longer one.

Both the LG Washer and Dryer performs great! We have not had any problems with them.

It was not a good experience I had to pay someone else to install the dryer. The guys that came said the gas valve was wrong and they couldn’t install the dryer. They just left the new one on the porch, didn’t take the old one even though I was charged. Had to pay someone else to hook up the new unit and dispose of the old
